Like all businesses around the globe, we must react to the ongoing threat of the COVID-19 pandemic. As society determines how to respond to the evolving circumstances, our highest priority is the safety and welfare of our volunteers and staff. We will address how to prepare dormant buildings for re-occupancy post NY Pause; system operation changes and improvements to consider in the short term; understanding of the limitations for modification of different HVAC system types; and long term system planning for improved occupant health.
