Program Description:
Continuing Case study: Hammarby Sjostad Sweden
A city district idea first proposed in the 80’s conceived after a failed Olympic City bid How a polluted Harbor became the first Ecocity district in Stockholm for the first millennium. A community with a focus on reduction of it’s environmental impact, reduction of resource use with mandated goals and contribution to occupant wellbeing.
Completed in 2019 – focused on Sustainability and energy reduction now used a model worldwide.
